Laser welding
The ideal welding process for visible parts and the perfect addition to sheet metal processing: high-strength joints with large weld depth and narrow weld width. Thanks to low heat input the seams are visually clean, structurally sound and low-stress – reworking is rarely necessary. Welding is done with a pulsed TRUMPF laser (per ISO 4063, process 52).

Laser cutting & wire EDM
Our combined TRUMPF laser/punch centre offers an innovative, precise separation process with laser punching. As no tool has to be produced it is ideal for single parts and prototypes – as well as for small, medium and large series. In addition, wire EDM enables minimal kerf widths even with very thick material.

Bending
High precision in forming, too: with our powerful TRUMPF press brake we bring sheets into the desired shape and realise even complex profiles. Machine parts, electronic plates or housing parts are bent precisely to angle and evenly – exactly to customer requirements.
